Your package should arrive next day for metro customers, or in 1-3 business days for regional customers. Tracking codes are available, and Australia Post includes insurance up to $50 on orders lost in the mail. Australia Post will email you your tracking code. Check if you are in the Australia Post "next day delivery zone".

Here at Soleil Luna, we want you to be in love with your purchase! If you have chosen the wrong size you are welcome to send the garment back to us in exchange for the size you need.


Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of the return is at your own cost.





If you have checked out using a credit or debit card payment or PayPal we will happily offer store credit for the item/s so that you can pick something more suitable.


If your total order value, after your items are returned, comes to less than the $50 free shipping threshold, an additional $7 will be deducted from your store credit as per our shipping policy.





Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your item/s.


All returns will be automatically processed for store credit.


If an exchange is desired, you will need to place a new order using that store credit on our website. 



Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the item.


If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception.
